Atom Wheels are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase from an authorized Nistevo dealer. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials while using Atom products in accordance with typical skating activities. This warranty does not cover damage in conjunction with crashing during racing, practice or social skating.
In order to make a valid warranty claim, the customer must present the wheels and the original sales receipt to Nistevo or an authorized dealer within the thirty (30) day warranty period. Nistevo will inspect the skates and determine if there is a valid defect in workmanship or materials and will repair or replace the wheels. In the event that the original wheel is replaced, the warranty period will terminate after thirty (30) days from the original purchase date.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal skate wear and tear, customized modifications, or damage due to abusive or unconventional treatment of the wheels. Nistevo’s liability is limited to the warranty period noted above.

NISTEVO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR STATUORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NISTEVO BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Nistevo’s liability for any claim, loss, or liability arising from or connected with the wheels shall in no case exceed the amounts paid to Nistevo for the purchase of the wheels.

Thank you for purchasing skate products from Nistevo Sport MFG (Luigino, Atom Wheels). We regret that you have experienced some problems. We are committed to your satisfaction and will happily process your return/exchange according to our policies, but please follow our procedures. To exchange the item, please follow the steps below:

1. To ensure that you are properly credited, obtain Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by sending an e-mail to Return@LuiginoUSA.com. You must have the RMA# before any exchanges are accepted by Nistevo. No exchanges are accepted without an RMA number.
   
   
   
2. Pack the product(s) securely using original packing material. Remember, this is still your property, therefore, we will not be responsible for any shipping damage.
   
   

   
   
3. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization Number on each package returned.

   a. Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
   b. Your name, shipping address and daytime telephone number.
   c. Model and description of the product(s) you want to exchange.

Exchanges are processed within 10 days of receipt and refunds are credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing. A 10% restocking fee is applied to cover our return processing, credit card fees, packing, shipping, and other restocking expenses unless it was our error. Shipping charges are not refundable. A higher restocking fee will be charged for any damage to the items or if the items are returned in used condition.
